About

Shaped by her multicultural upbringing, Yuri uses art to explore and celebrate her identity. Her artwork is profoundly influenced by her fascination with humans and their cultures. 

Yuri earned a master's degree in Chinese Language Teaching (MTCSOL) and a master's of education (M.Ed), to further her commitment to education, she also obtained the UK Qualified Teacher Status QTS for Primary Education.  

In 2023, she decided to pursue her lifelong passion and is currently studying fine art at the Accademia di Brera in Milan while also working in early years art education.
